Originally from Brazil, with a degree in Nutrition, she pursued her love for cooking by enrolling at Kendall College. With a solid foundation in Nutrition, Chef Nicole brings her passion for cooking to life by creating delicious, and healthy meals. She draws inspiration from a range of cultural cuisines, ensuring that your table is filled with a world of flavors.
